HPA’s contemporary student residence for Arizona State University students is a 11-story high-rise with upscale amenity spaces that position it as a boutique student residence.

The building relates to the contextual environment, colors, materials, and sun angles of its Southwest location. The architectural form is organized into two separate bars that intersect each other with a glass bridge connection. The outdoor terrace has a sprawling, inviting ambiance, with covered lounge seating, gathering spaces, wading and swimming pools, and a volleyball court. Indigenous landscape, including cacti, sandscapes and small palm trees, grace the perimeter of the terrace.

The project was delivered on time and under budget, with full occupancy in under four months of marketing.
