“This unique quarter-circle Beaux Arts-style structure originally served as the corporate headquarters for Coca Cola, then was later known as the Western Auto Building. The client envisioned restoring the historic project — and its iconic rooftop sign — to serve as the inspiration and brand for a new mixed-use development.

The project scope entailed adaptive reuse of the circa 1915 building and two additional structures into condominiums, a cafe, retail space, offices and a roof deck. Thoughtful site planning was required to incorporate the rehabilitated buildings, parking and newly designed recreational park into a cohesive community. ”
