Ray Hartshorne and Jim Plunkard were featured in a cover story titled “Is it Finally a Good Time to be an Architect?” in the April 15th issue of Crain’s Chicago Business. Remarking on the strength of the retail apartment market and key HPA commissions, including the redevelopment of the Chicago Athletic Association, Ray noted that hiring has been on an upturn: ““The arc is trending for us to add another 10 people by the end of 2013…I get calls every week from every market sector.”
