The Illinois Real Estate Journal (IREJ) named Aracely Nevarez and Sophie Bidek winners of the fourth annual Women in Commercial Real Estate Awards. Sponsored by IREJ and Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW Chicago), the awards program acknowledged the accomplishments of women in commercial real estate at a luncheon at the University Club Chicago on September 8, 2011.

Aracely Nevarez, a partner at HPA, was honored as the recipient of the 2011 Impact Award, which recognizes a woman who has had a significant impact on the commercial real estate industry because of the work they accomplished during 2010 through 2011.

Principal Sophie Bidek was named the recipient of the 2011 Bright Horizon Award, which is presented to a women who has demonstrated through her professional work and accomplishments that she will be one of the industry’s leaders in the years to come.
