Bill Wagner is a veteran architect who has designed and overseen major construction projects, including convention centers, commercial office towers, and higher education facilities. He excels at leading technical and consultant teams through all phases of development. His projects include the Landmark, a student housing project at the University of Michigan; adaptive re-use of the landmarked Brock & Rankin Building at 619 S. LaSalle; and conversion of the vintage Studebaker showroom building at 2036 S. Michigan.
In addition to managing complex HPA projects, Bill’s responsibilities include serving on the firm’s Technical Services committee, developing document control protocols, and promoting best practices in technical detailing.
Bill holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
