Architect and interior designer Aracely Nevarez serves as a Partner. She collaborates closely with clients to translate their aspirations into holistic architectural spaces characterized by bold, yet timeless, aesthetics.

Among her notable projects include the architectural design of Soho House Chicago and Soho House Nashville; the three-tower development at Old Town Park with 1,500 residential units; T3 West Midtown in Atlanta, an innovative commercial office structure built from mass timber and anchored by Facebook; and the Atlantic Yards office campus in Atlanta, which houses Microsoft’s headquarters. She has played a pivotal role in establishing developer Albion Residential’s brand presence nationwide, beginning with Albion Evanston and expanding to various cities across the country.

Aracely graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago and is a member of the American Institute of Architects and the American Society of Interior Designers. She is recognized by Crain’s Chicago Business as a Notable Women in Construction and Design.
